Ingredients –
– 2 bags fresh spinach
– 1can water chestnuts
– 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
– 1 can bean sprouts
– 1/4 lb. bacon, diced and fried
– 1onion, sliced
Toss together all ingredients.
Dressing:
– 1c. salad oil
– 3/4 c. sugar
– 1/3 c. catsup
– 1/2 c. wine vinegar
– 2 t. salt
Mix together and pour over salad.
