Ingredients –
Shake in a jar:
– 1 c. milk
– 3-1/2 T. flour
Heat in a saucepan until thick and mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Cool. In a medium mixing bowl blend:
– 1 c. sugar
– 1 c. Crisco
– 1 t. vanilla
Add the flour mixture and beat until fluffy like whipped cream. To make Chocolate: Add 1-1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate to sugar and Crisco.
Ices 2- 9 inch layers.
Caution: Do not use butter or margarine as the final product will be radically different.
