Grandere

Ingredients –

– 1-1/2 lbs. potatoes in skins
– 2. c. heavy cream
– 1 clove garlic
– 2 T. butter
– 1 T. mustard
– salt and pepper
– 1 T. chives or parsley

Place cream, garlic, butter, mustard, salt and pepper in saucepan and bring to boil. Add potato slices, cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
