This is the recipe from Aunt Annie.
Ingredients –
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 lb ground pork
– 1/2 lb ground veal
– 3 beaten eggs
– 24 soda crackers, crushed
– 1T. Prepared mustard
– 1T. Dried celery flakes
– 2 T. dried parsley flakes
– 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
– 2 medium onions, chopped fine
– 1c. grated parmesan cheese
– 1/2 c. milk
– 1 t.pepper
– salt to taste
– 2-3 T. oil for frying
Mix ingredients and set aside so the flavors will blend. Form meatballs and brown in pan. Cook meatballs in sauce for half an hour.
