Ingredients –
– 1/4 lb. butter
– 1 c. sugar
– 2 egg
– 1 c. sour cream
– 1 t. vanilla
– 2 c. flour
– 1t. baking soda
– 1-1/2 t. baking powder
Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. cocoa
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cream first five ingredients. Blend dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Put 1/2 batter in a greased tube pan or Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping on batter. Cut thoroughly with knife and mix a little. Then add rest of batter. Sprinkle on the rest of the topping, then cut through again. Bake 45 minutes in a 375 F. oven. Freezes well. Serves 10.
