Ingredients –
– 6 c. flour
– 1/4 t. baking powder
– 1 t. salt
– 3/4 c. lard
– 1-1/2 c. warm water
Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut lard into dry ingredients until crumbly. Add water and mix until ball forms. Roll into 6 inch circles. Fry on ungreased griddle. Yield 30.
