Ingredients –
– half turkey breast (2-4 pounds)
– 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
– 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
– 2 – 3 cloves garlic
Prepare turkey breast for baking/grilling (rinse and pat dry). Mix the apricot preserves, mustard, and garlic. Lift Skin on turkey and place mixture under the skin. Any excess can be placed on top.
Grill (use indirect heat) or bake in oven until done (18-20 minutes per pound, in oven, at 325F.) Internal temperature should be 170F.
