Ingredients –
– 4 cups sliced potatoes
– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1c. grated Am. cheese
– 1 tall can Pet milk
– 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
– 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
– 1 envlp. onion soup mix, divided
Toss together potatoes, cheese and parsley flakes. Spread over bottom of greased 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle half of soup mix over. Mix well: beef, milk, crumbs and rest of soup mix. Spread over potatoes. Cover. Bake at 350 F. for I hour or until beef is well browned and cooked throughout. Serve hot. Turn over onto large serving platter, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
