Butter Icing

Ingredients –

– 1/4 c.butter
– 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
– 2 T. cream
– 1/8 t. salt
– 1 t. vanilla

Beat on ill speed until blended, about 1/2 minute, then beat on #8 speed until thick, about 2 minutes. CHOCOLATE: Melt 1-1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate. Add while beating on #3 speed.
