Cherry Crunch

This recipe is from Walt’s Mom, and it is one he really likes!

Ingredients –

– 20 crushed Graham Crackers
– 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
– 3 T. powdered sugar
– 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
– 1 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
– 1/4 c. lemon juice
– 1 can cherry pie filling

Mix first 3 ingredients and put in a 9″x13″ pan. Cool 1/2 hour. Combine next two ingredients with 1/4 cup lemon juice and beat until smooth. Spread over crumb crust. Cool. Spread pie filling on top.
