Cheese Cake – Mom’s

This recipe is a quick one Mom got from Homemakers.

Ingredients –

– 3 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
– 1 c. sour cream
– 1 c. sugar
– 1 t. vanilla
– 5 eggs
– 1 pkg. crescent rolls

Mix cheese and sour cream until soft. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Beat in one egg at a time spread crescent rolls in bottom only of a 9 x 13 inch pan. DO NOT GREASE PAN! Pour in cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool then refrigerate.
