Ingredients –
– 1 cup flour
– 2 t. cream of tartar
– 1/2 t. salt
– 1 c. water
– 1 T. Vegetable oil
– 1 t. vanilla, if desired
– About 15 drops favorite food color.
- COOK all ingredients in 1-1/2 quart saucepan over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring vigorously, until mixture forms a ball.
- REMOVE dough from saucepan and let stand on counter 5 minutes.
- KNEAD dough about 30 seconds or until smooth and blended. Cool completely . Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
