Ingredients –
– 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
– 1 stick oleo or butter
– 1 egg
– 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1 (16-oz) box powdered sugar
– 1 t. vanilla
CRUST: Mix together first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. FILLING: Beat together the next 4 ingredients with mixer 3 to 5 minutes. Mixture will be the consistency of a pudding. Pour over crust mixture. Bake at 350 F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
