Ingredients –
Glaze:
– 1 pkg. orange cake mix
– 1 – 3 1/4 oz pkg. vanilla instant pudding
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 c. cooking oil
– 1/2 c. orange juice
– 1/2 c. Galliano liquer
– 2 T. vodka
Glaze:
– 1 c. powdered sugar
– 1 T. orange juice
– 1 T. Galiano liqueur
– 1 t. vodka
In a large mixing bowl combine mixes, eggs, oil, orange juice, Galliano and vodka. Beat on low speed for a minute. Beat on medium speed for five minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into a greased and floured 10″ tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove and continue to cool. Stir glaze ingredients together well. Pour over cake and allow to dry. Store in a tightly closed container to keep cake moist. Yield 12- 15 servings.
