Ramiro Was an exchange student front Mexico that stayed with Mom. He really could make good food!
Ingredients –
– 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and chopped fine
– 1small tomato, chopped fine
– 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
– 1- 3 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno .or banana pepper
– 2 T. finely chopped cilantro
– Juice of one lemon
– Salt to taste
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Sprinkle juice of the lemon over the guacamole. Serve in a bowl with the avocado seeds in the mixture (to help prevent browning). Serve with tortilla chips. This does not store well.
