Ramiro’s Salsa

Ingredients –

– 4 to 5 medium to large ripe tomatoes
– 1small onion, chopped
– 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
– 2-4 t. jalapeno or banana pepper chopped
– salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips. Stores well in refrigerator for one week. Excellent with scrambled eggs as well
