Ingredients –
– 1 12-oz. pkg. Pasta La Bella Roasted Bell Pepper and Roasted Garlic Rotella Pasta
– 1c. lite Italian dressing
– 1 T. balsamic vinegar
– 1 C. Roma tomatoes, slices
– 4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
– 6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
– 3/4 c. fresh spinach, sliced
– 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well. Toss remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, with pasta. Serve hot or chill and serve as pasta salad. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese before serving.
